Terms & Conditions – Skylanders Prize Draw
1. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 15 years or under. Proof of age may be required. You are not allowed to enter this Prize Draw if you, your parents/legal guardians or family members are employees of any Sky UK Group company (“Sky”), or any Nickelodeon UK company (“Nickelodeon”) or MTV Networks Europe, or Activision Blizzard UK Limited (the “Advertiser”) or any agencies involved with the prize draw, or any affiliates of such companies.
2. Remember to get your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before entering this Prize Draw. Costs to enter prize draws online may vary so don’t forget to ask the bill payer for their permission to enter this Prize Draw. Once they have given you permission, you can enter the Prize Draw by going to and using the online game tool to create one (1) mascot and submitting it. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
3. This Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 02 November 2016 (the “Opening Date”) and the closing date is 23:59 on 06 December 2016 (the “Closing Date”). The period between the Opening Date and the Closing Date is referred to as the “Promotion Period”.
4. Only one (1) Entry is permitted per person. Entries sent in through agents or third parties or outside the Promotion period will not be accepted. Any Entries which are incomplete and/or cannot be read clearly will not be valid or be entered for the Prize Draw either.
5. Upon submitting an Entry, you will be asked to provide your name, age, address (including postcode), your contact telephone number and email address.
6. There will be one (1) Winner ("Winner") and three (3) Runners-up ("Runners-up"). Winner and Runners-up will be selected randomly from all the entrants that submitted the mascot they created. The random draw will be held on 07 December 2016 and the Winner and Runners-up will be contacted by telephone within seven (7) days of being selected.
7. The Winner will receive the following prize:
a) One (1) games console bundle, containing:
i. one (1) Playstation 4 console;
ii. one (1) Skylanders Imaginators Starter Pack which includes:
1. one (1) Skylanders Imaginators Video Game;
2. one (1) Skylanders Portal of Power®;
3. Skylanders Sensei Figures;
4. one (1) Fire Creation Crystal;
5. one (1) collection poster featuring the complete set of Skylanders Imaginators Figures
