the deed is done

:T hi guys, its done! after a horrendous journey to the court, having to slam on twice and me nearly sending a pedestian to their death by slowing down and waving him to cross, the silly !!!!!! didnt look the other way and he missed a car by an inch, so to say my heart was in my mouth when we walked in the court is a understatement.from then on things calmed down and were led into a little office where a lovely clerk went through our forms ,we swore on the bible paid our fees to which the said lovely lady got some forms for us to see if we could not pay the court cost and to our amazement were authorised immediatly so saved £300.! she then led us to the waiting room where she told us a judge would see us inbetween cases, we sat and waited for about an hour and a half but the clerk keep checking on us so we didnt feel we were left hanging. we were called in to see the judge who was ok. he asked why it had come to this and half way through explaining he just said ok ive signed your forms you are now bankrupt we took our forms back to the clerk who then phoned the receivers office and we spoke to another lady and told her about bank accounts etc to which she said they would not freeze my new nationwide account and it would remain open. so all in all not a bad day, apart from nearley being up for manslaughter for killing pedestrians!! like a lot of people say its the unknown that causes the worry, its only when youve actualy been there and done it you can think to your self WHAT WAS I WORRIED ABOUT.?? for any one contemplating br and you are sure there is no way out my advise is do it as quick as you can and save yourself tons of sleepless nights ,panic attacks etc .anyway like i said last night thanks again for everyones help we're not though it all yet( or interview) but this morning we had a combined debt of 204k we now have 0. and its feeling good!!

    Well done. :j:j:beer:

Yep. You can be waived the £150 pound fee on the discretion of the court staff depending on your circumstances (even if these don't fit into the official categories). That's a great bonus.:D
