Incorrect address on Credit Agreement

Hi
I recently bought a car from Fiat, to cut a long storey short they messed the first agreement up and then I had to go back and sign a new agreement - of which I signed.
I've just pulled the paper work out to find my agreement number to change the Direct Debit date and I've noticed they've registered me at the wrong address (my next door neighbour infact)
Where do I stand? , is the agreement valid? I will be making a compliant and informing them of the Data Protection issues.
Hope you can help!
Thanks in advance

Speak to them and ask them to change it.
Was the address correct when you signed the agreement?
There shouldn't be any problems with the agreement as long as you keep up repayments, but best to get it sorted.0 -
It was incorrect when I signed the agreement (but didn't notice)0

Oops. Well, just apologise, say you didn't notice and confirm your correct details.
There's no DPA issue as you confirmed that was your address by signing the agreement.0 -
You're still liable for the debt.0

Let them know you made a mistake and ask them nicely to correct it."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -

Why will you be making a complaint? If you didn't notice the wrong address when you signed the agreement, then the fault is 50/50, imho.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
This poster does seem to have terrible luck when obtaining cars.0

Your lucky. The loan company won't be able to sue you for providing them with the wrong address. The agreement is still valid as you signed it."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

1.You signed a legal document with the incorrect address on it.
2.Fiat produced a document with your incorrect address on it.
sounds like you both made a small error!!
The agreement is valid, granted the address need changing.debt free, savings in the bank0 -
As the address has been mistyped it is now invalid despite being signed by you.
The car is now a gift to you, and you can keep it and do not have to pay.
Thats what you want to hear yes?0
