    I understand, Kawaii but, from what you have said, these jokers sound as if they are breaking the law, to me. I really think you need to check out Shelter's website.

    We need G_M for this, or MossFarr, or Guest101. I am pretty sure, from reading posts of theirs, that LLs/LAs are not allowed to leave tenants with no heating/bathroom floor/things like that.

    {Apparently, and I still think there is a really iffy subtext to this which I am still not getting, if you leave cake out and say G_M's name three times, he (or she?) appears. Let's try it:

    :bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake: G_M, G_M, G_M, please come and advise.

    If it does not work, it means our faith was not strong enough, Kawaii... Yes, I am having a laugh but seriously, G_M is the biz about the law regarding renting}

    Maybe they should invent a new badge for nuttiest post of the week, I'd be a shoo-in! :rotfl:

    Smodlet, love the post. There is a sticky on the home buying thread, gives lots of info. I am useless with doing links so hope one of the clever peeps on here will do it for me (not being lazy -honest!)
    Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)
