Without wishing to sound churlish, the Park Promotions special offers aren't always quite as great as they sound at first. I bought a pack of 30 specie crocus which were 'free' ('just pay £3.50 postage' - or around that amount), only find my local Wilko were selling the same thing at £1 per pack of 30! Might be worth a look locally - other garden stores often sell bulbs pretty cheaply.
