Money Transfer

Hi
I have a fairly large debt on my overdraft which I would like to transfer to a 0% interest credit card just while I pay it off to avoid any bank charges.
However, this is classified as a money transfer isn't it? My credit card has a really excellent rate on balance transfers but unfortunately charges around 28% to do a money transfer.
Any ideas? Does anyone know of a card with a good rate for money transfers?
Thanks! Jo
