DS is moving to San Francisco and we are trying to find a cheap way to transport his books and stuff - I reckon around 400 litres volume.
Apparently it's cheaper to use part of a container (they ship by volume rather than weight) but I don't know what to search for!
Does anyone know of a cheap and reliable shipping firm which does part containers (known as LCL) in Manchester?

Seven Seas Worldwide might suit? They do a special student service. http://www.sevenseasworldwide.com/students0
