Working out how much filling per sandwich?

Love the idea of "self service" but mum is worried about extra mess and also the venue don't want any sharp knives on tables (go figure). Tis a shame because I wouldn't mind knocking up a couple of interesting loaves to add to the spread. In fact, if I get time I'll do a tear n share or three as they take barely any time, look great and require no maiming instruments.
Tear n share is a great idea! The only bad idea really is that you said won't be drinking! I think you should amend that one! Hope it all goes well. x0 -
How about pinwheel sandwiches? I'm 46 and they're still one of my favourite party foods, along with a cheese and pineapple hedgehog
