Am I a first time Buyer

Hello All,
I separated with an ex girlfriend about 2 years ago, we had a house together which she bought me out of after we split. I know that I have obviously had a mortgage in the past but as I font currently have a house can I classify myself as a First Time buyer?
I ask because their seem to be some good offers available to me if I am.
I only have a small deposit and am looking for a 95% LTV mortgage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to check your shortlisted lenders' criteria.
Some will never treat you as a FTB again. Others will, depending on how long since the transfer of equity was completed.I am a mortgage broker. Thank you. I haven't gotten as far as getting a shortlist together as I didn't know where to start. Think I'm best seeking some advice and then going from there.0
