Santander-12 months post arrears advice please

My mortgage payment today should mark 12 months since my arrears with Santander will clear.
I know there is never obligation for them to offer a better rate but is it worth keeping check online in case a new rate becomes available?
Not after additional funds or new terms, just a cheaper cost.
Not able to migrate away either due to my history and other unsatisfied defaults. So looks like im stuck with them for a while.
Looking to hear from others who have been in a similar situation or brokers who are familiar with Santander protocol.
Wondering how I should proceed from here please?
Thanks as usual

You need to speak to Santander directly, only they can advise you what they will offer. If possible in your situation it might be worth changing to a cheaper longer term product until you have all your finances and issues sorted. good luckPoorMoon
