Noddle/Clearscore help

My re-mortgage has gone through and I would like a loan over two years for a new kitchen. My clearscore report shows I have two mortgages, old and new, but Noddle has been updated today and only shows the one. Should I wait until Clearscore updates to show only the one mortgage as I very much doubt I'd get accepted with over £300k of mortgage debt!
Thanks.
Thanks.

I would suggest you give it a few weeks (Or however long it takes) just to be sure that your records are all updated. You don't want to get rejected because of the delay in updating your credit file.
Just to double check - make sure your re-mortgage has completely finalised and all funds sent and received before you start applying for loans as you don't want your mortgage lender doing a last minute check and changing their minds."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -
I also think that waiting is a good idea, for the reasons stated above by Clive Woody and also because, if you were to apply too early for the loan and be rejected, that would mean that you have a search on your file for 12months. Searches, with no credit awarded, can be potentially damaging to your credit file and affect your ability to get credit.
Hang fire for now, and look into this once the files are updated. Have you sought any financial advice about the loan? Would saving the money be more effective?

You'd be well advised to check Experian as well before making a loan application.
Wouldn't it have been cheaper to have put the kitchen funds on the mortgage?0
