Sale of a charging order

Can HSBC who have a charging order on my property for a debt that was a loan sell that charging order on to someone else so that the debt is then owed to someone else. Similarly to where unsecured debts are sold on to other debt collecting companies.

Hi,
No they cannot do that, as a charging order is only granted to a creditor after a county court judgement has been awarded in there favour.
