The fact no default notice was issued, can be easily resolved by the sending of such notice, backdated.
So that is a non issue.
The payment holiday and other issues you have mentioned, the bank not following correct procedure etc, now there you may have cause for complaint.
As you've complained to your bank, and are still not satisfied, you can now take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service, who will decide your case for you.
Its a free service, and thats what i suggest you now do, as they will look into things a little more deeply, and decide your case on the balance of fairness to both sides.

i got a default from orange and from pounds to pocket but i complained and they were both removed. its worth just writing in to them and complaining and hopefully you'll get lucky like how i did0

I don't understand why you didn't pay the minimum required if you had the money to repay the balance ? Would have saved you a load of hassle.0
