Barclaycard repayment plan error

Don't know if this affects just me or whether it's a company wide thing, but my repayment plan with Barclaycard - which I thought was renewed in January - stopped in April due to a system error.
I've only just noticed & in fairness to Barclaycard they've refunded me all the interest that I was charged at the higher rate ( thus giving me an interest free period) since April.
I've now got to set up a new payment plan with them which I haven't got an issue with but if I can get a Balance transfer at 0% all the better.
