Tax Credits and Concentrix

Single mum, work full time. Small entitlement to Tax Credits.

Received letter from Concentrix in April asking for evidence of childcare. Sent evidence before deadline. Heard nothing till September when I got a letter saying I hadn't sent evidence and hadn't responded to their June letter. June letter was never received.

I unfortunately don't have evidence of having sent original evidence letter and the evidence but sent evidence again, a copy of my letter from my files and made a request for a mandatory reconsideration which the Concentrix letter said I should do if I believed their decision was wrong. Copied the whole lot to HMRC for good measure.

In meantime, Tax Credits have stopped. Fortunately I can manage but it has now been 5 weeks without any response from either Concentrix or HMRC. What is my next move, please?
