I know 2 people who have used Tiscali in the past (BB) and they couldn't get rid of it quick enough. I used to be with Tiscali years ago when it took over Lineone, but it wasn't long before we signed up with NTL we never looked back until Virgin took over, now the internet has had some teething problems and am hoping its just as its settling down - doubt it though
Anyone anything to say about sky BB? Was wondering if thats any good.0 -
Wish I'd read this sooner just signed up to Tiscali, lost my phone line and broadband yesterday lunchtime and still waiting to get service told to wait another 24hrs for it to "settle". can't get through to customer services call centre unavailble until 11pm tonight. Seriously thinking of cancelling before starting!! any help with that gratefully appreciated0

Have been trying to get the MAC(?) code from them so that I can change provider- their telephone loop system is worse than.............. :mad::mad::mad::mad: + :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: put together

I cancelled my Tiscali broadband last week, only becauseI have signed up to sky broadband and skytalk to save money. They couldn't have been more helpful!They said they would send me the mac code by mail/text/email within 5 days - within one hour I had received a text, and got the email later that day! I never had any problems with their service and hope that I have done the right thing leaving them to go to sky.
If it's any help I rang them at about 8.30am when it wasn't too busy.0
