The adviser will listen to your reasons for not being able to complete the tax return prior to the due date and will make their decision, inform you of it, and if they refuse the appeal will write to you giving the reasons why they have refused the appeal. This letter then advises what options you have to take the matter further.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.
