Hi everyone,
One quick question, my broker sent in our full application this morning and sent us an email PDF showing our DIP. We are buying a new home using the Help to Buy equity loan scheme with a 5% deposit.
Because of this I was expecting to see the LTV on the DIP at 75% but is actually showing as 93%...
Is this correct, just thought it worth checked as I'm unsure if we'll get accepted by Nationwide and want to ensure we have the best chance.
Thanks in advance.

It's expressed as a % of the share you are purchasing, not of the full purchase price.
