TM Lewin - Won't Replace Faulty Shirt

I bought a number of white shirts from TM Lewin just over two years as I like to keep them as spares when I travel on business.
Earlier this week I used one of these shirts for the first time and noticed that the stitching between the sleeve and the cuff was incomplete - resulting an a hole of approx. 2cm diameter.
I sent a photo to TM Lewin's customer service department and asked for a replacement as a business shirt with a hole in it isn't really of much use.
TM Lewin are now refusing to replace the faulty shirt as they say they will only replace faulty goods within two years of purchase.
I have pointed out their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act/Consumer Protection Act as well as the fact that their refusal to replace faulty goods doesn't reflect positively on their brand, but they refuse to back down other than to offer me a code for 10% off my next purchase (not much good as I don't really want to buy my shirts from a company with quality issues and poor customer service).
Is there anything I can do? We're only taking about a £25 shirt, but I just can't believe the arrogance the company.

See it from their point of view. You've a shirt from over 2 years ago that's got a defect. By all accounts acceptance has taken place for the goods you bought.,0

After 2 years, for a cheap shirt is it worth the hassle. Complete the stitching and job done.0

I suppose you're probably right. I was just annoyed with their attitude and certainly won't be buying from them again (which is a shame as their shirts were a good fit for me). I doubt a replacement shirt would have cost them more than £5 as the label on the shirt says it was made in Vietnam.0

Old saying - don't cut off your nose to spite your face. If the shirts are a good fit, continue buying them. Their attitude is understandable given the time you've had the shirt. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
