Stepchange Refunds

I just thought I would let everyone know - I have received an email from Stepchange regarding my DMP that I had with them 4/5 years ago now. They have looked at all their old accounts and are refunding any interest that was charged that wasn't paid to the companies.

This is a genuine email - I rang through to the phone number on their website and I confirmed with a member of staff and their manager, this is a new thing and the first batch of emails has just gone out apparently.


The email comes from refunds@stepchange.org and states that you may be entitled to a refund and to call 0300 303 2507 and quote a reference number which is given in the email.

I have been given a refund of £12.22 so not massive but better than nothing!

Just a heads up for everyone that these emails are genuine!
