Has anyone had any dealings with them.We have been on a DMP with payplan since april, Nationwide have been one of the last including LLOYDS who have not agreed to the DMP.
Hubby recieved a letter today to say that they are referrying him to their solicitorsfor litigation action.
Does anyone know what might happen next?
