If a debt collection agency(MKDP) is named on my CCJ rather than the original loan company(HSBC) does this mean that my debt has been sold to them?
I am paying off the £11k CCJ but want to understand the likely outcome of a PPI claim as i have some missold policies.

More than likley yes, the debts owner will also be registered on your credit file.
Where PPI claims are involved, you would need to complain to the original creditor, as it was them that sold you the financial product in the first place, they would be responsible for dealing with any complaints prior to it been sold.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks for your reply.
The original debts are no longer on my file so i can't see the name of the company. The CCJ's just state a reference and the court, but I've have managed to find a letter stating that the debt was sold.I'm Ever hopeful!:j:j:j:j0
