Hi😊
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on which form is needed for the legal process of severance of a 'joint tenancy'- for it to become a 'tenants in common' status in Northern Ireland?
We have tried to ring Land registry but they say to do it online but we can't find the proper link. I know the English doc would be .SEV but can't find the NI equivalent?
Thanks 😊
