hi im new to all this so after reading a few messages im wondering how to ask for my money back. not so i sound silly when i phone for one phone call i am going to ask dunfermline b.s. for a early closure admin fee of 150.00 pound off october 2005. am i within my rights to do this. this will be the start of everyone else who has ripped us off over the years.
