Hello
My mortgage deal ends on 12.12.07, so no ERC after that as long as I give one months notice - when should I be looking at new mortgage deals?
Anyone help here?
Cheers
Fred

I am in the same boat, my (cheap) fixed rate deal ends on 01.12.07, I am going to see a whole market broker to see what the market offers. I am leaning towards a tracker rate at the mo, but will see what he recommends. Good luck!0

Yes- you should start to look now at what is available on the market well in advance of your current deal expiringI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
