Hi Pigpen
I actually don't have a problem with glass. Don't want to be critical but on the whole I find them fab.

I use them to clean the dish of my ceramic oil burners, they are great at getting any oil residue out.
I also hardly ever use a whole wipe for anything - I tear them in two, pop the other half back, and then the pack lasts twice as long0 -
My OH used them to clean the fabric on both our cars interior ceilings (hmm not sure if u call them that but the bit above your heads). We just bought a new secondhand car and it was lovely but for a stained interior roof. Literally a 5 minute job with wetwipes and it was like new.

I use them for dusting and wiping down the toilet but I've learnt a lot more uses on here!0

I use them to give the sink and toilet a mid-week swish to keep the bathroom looking fresh, esp if MIL is coming over!
However, isn't it more moneysaving to use a damp cloth???0 -
Yes good point DianaMattos! It amazes me how you can get a different type of wipe for just about every purpose these days, when a damp cloth will do the job for most of them!0

My children are 11 & 7, and I still buy them
cleaning shoes
keep a pack in the car, general wipe over off dashboard, doors etc,
keep a pack in my drawer at work, freshen up half way through the day, and even wipe over the key board
paintwork
window sills
spills on carpet
sleep from cats eyes
mess from dogs rear end when she's in season!
glitter (after DD craft session)
leather settee
pretty much everything
And if I get a pack of wipes which are dried up, just sprinkle some water on them, and away you go!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
I use them for dusting too as they lift the dust rather than move it around and it's cheaper than polish! I also use them for cleaning the bathroom sink and have a box on my desk at work if I need to freshen myself up. I find them really useful and always have them at home, even though I don't have children:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0

They're good at getting biro off the TV screen when nothing else does:eek:........ thank goodness something worked as it was most annoying when you couldn't see what was on the TV through my 3yo's artwork!!"all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."0

Mine are 15 & 13 and we all still use them :rotfl:
My 15yr old daughter finds cleansing with traditional face washes really difficult as she can only use one hand.
Cleansing wipes are so much smaller and more expensive so we soon switched to baby wipes.
Now I use them too and so does my youngest daughter.
Oh, and like everyone else they get used to have a quick wipe on almost anything in the houseSometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0
