There is a till at the customer services, you hand over your Nectar card and let them know how many points you want to redeem and which department you are going to spend them in. They them give you the voucher which you use at the till
As someone here said it is best to check they have the items you want before exchanging as they can't be changed and you can only use 1 voucher per transaction.
Hope this helps

I read about the doubling up a few weeks ago for the Nectar points. I held back buying a Morphy Richards Saut! and Soup Maker which was then £40. Lo and behold I noticed last week it had risen to £80. It's still the same price today. So I suspect they increase the prices just before the doubling up starts. Tesco is £49 so I think I know where I'll be buying one from. It is annoying though I find.0

Suggest you escalate to the CEO at Sainsbury and ask him/her to honour the original price.0 -
I got everything I wanted today and the prices were the same as last week. I put items through as 6 separate transactions and checked everything was in stock before I exchanged the vouchers. Fortunately I was buying a couple of things at £40 and others at £10 so it was quite straight forward. I got £120 worth of goods and I paid £1. I have been saving points since last double up in April but it is getting harder to build up the points last year I had £85 worth to double up.

I only spent £5 doubled to £10 on clothes, as there was nothing else that I liked. I had my eye on some £14 jeans but they were gone, and some shoes that weren't in my size. Lo and behold, today there were new items that I liked.
Fingers crossed for another in March with better stock. I still have nearly £80 in points.0
