ive decided to go with the 1st broker. the 2st broker made me feel the property was well out of my reach and made it feel pointless applying and was requesting letter from employer as mentioned above about bonus and basic being basic.
Aip went through fine then the application was sent over and a hard check was done on the 27/10 and went through fine and made my credit score go up so thats a bonus.
halifax have requested proof of address and utility bill, id, proof of savings, 13 weeks payslips, 1 bank statment and have they have took valuation fee.
I rang halifax as i had a question about the valuation, they just said they are waiting off proof of income and all the other bits and the valuation hadn't been book till they get all the info.
I hope this is a good sign but wont hole my breath0 -
