No appeal response from ECP

Just looking for a quick bit of advice.
I had an ANPR ticket early September, for a parking contravention on 31/8. I appealed the day I received the letter, and was later asked to provide supporting evidence. I sent this on 22/9. To date, I have had no response. Should I chase this up? Are ECP likely to say something was sent and that I've missed my chance to go to Popla?

I would chase it up by email and threaten to report them to the BPA.
ECP have form for doing this a LOT, going quiet. Then when the BPA 'investigate' they suddenly produce 'a cancellation we sent by email earlier' that no OP has ever received! Amazing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks CM. With regards to 'threaten to report them', what would that report be about? Timescales or no response?0
