Branston beans win?!

I've been entering the daily branston beans competition and I've just won a £250 experience voucher but I now can't find a receipt where I have bought the beans but I do have the promotional pack. I've rung them to explain and they said they don't think they can do anything. I'm so annoyed with myself that I can't find the receipt and I'm now missing out on a great prize because of my forgetfulness
