pcm is taking me to court

i have a court hearing in two days and have tried to find out if gladstone had paid the court the court fee by sept 7th ,i only found out today that they have after the court count firstly not find it ,i employed a company to help me and at the last minute they have decided now its in the court hand they pulled out and have left me on my own ,i know that a defence has been put in on behalf of me i hope and that gladstone were called and refused to mediate ,since my parking fine the signs have been changed and i have a witness statement from the security guard at the premises saying that there are such confusion over the parking that they have suspended tickets for a while ,i know its late notice but do i have my chance in court to plead the signs were are confusing and that they have been changed and i also have the pcm contract with was signed by gcc and pcm and according to there agreement i was parked legally ,
