Hi All,
We are just starting the journey of buying our own place using the help to buy equity loan scheme (or at least hoping to).
I am trying to work out whether there are specific mortgages for this that lenders will offer or whether we will just be able to choose from /qualify for a range of regular mortgages but effectively will have a 75% LTV / 25% deposit available when working things out on the mortgage calculators.
I hope this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.

All lenders have specific products, usually tagged HTB, shared equity, affordable housing etc.I am a mortgage broker.
