I cant be the only one who gets annoyed with Facebook pages that run competitions and then fail to announce any winners! For example one I just messaged, a spin bike £700 14 days after the end date no announcement, plenty of people asking who won, no reply, I'm not that lucky to win, but it would be nice to know that it was a genuine competition!! And I know some go private, but for that much money I think they would expect some publicity from the winner!
On another note, for those who have won on fb, when you share a post do you share (public) or just share? As there's 2 options and I'm not sure which one I should be choosing!

Winners, FB or otherwise, do not have to be posted online but the company must tell you how to get the details of major* prize winners (they can require you to send a SAE).
*Details of other winners do not have to be revealed0 -
Last day to enter! #Like #Tag #Share Winner will be announced on Wednesday. Good luck!
This was posted on their fb page on the 10th Oct
Now I don't know if its just me, but that tells me that a winner will be announced, not that I have to send and ask for the winner. There are also no T&C's telling me I need to do this. I have also been on their main website and looked at the T&C's there, nothing about competitions. They have also run other competitions that surprisingly (not) have not had any winners announced! Just bugs me that you do as they ask and they don't uphold their side of the deal!0 -
I assume it was FW who appear to be a reputable company and they may simply be waiting for the winner to get back to them before announcing it - but it wouldn't take 30 secs for them to post that.
Have sent them a tweet to see if that gets any response0
