    There is free parking in the venue and not congestion charge. But if changing at west ham is betetr, I can try that. So I take it from Upminster to West ham? Or I should park in west ham and take jubilee from there?

    According to the TfL journey planner:-

    The journey time Upminster to Baker Street changing at West Ham is 46 minutes.

    Can be dragged out to 55 minutes by using the route Fenchurch Street - Tower Hill, which as has been stated does not create two journeys as long as no more than 20 minutes spent between the two.
