Buying new Kitchen Appliances

Hi,
We're building a new house and want to purchase a 5 ring all electric cooker with grill and ovens and we also need a new fridge/freezer - probably an American style unit.
Where are the best places to go to purchase these? Ideally, we'd like to seem the items in the flesh prior to purchasing. I assume that if we add a few more kitchen appliances to the list then we get barter a better deal?
We are based in N. Antrim, but are willing to travel for a good supplier.
Any recommendations please?
