    I do believe the osteopath helped to concentrate on my posture rather than solving the problem, he helped to prevent bad posture which leads to all sorts of problems for me..
    1st day back at work today ( Family Fudge Shop)just feels tight still and aching, so i'm gunning for the hot water bottle...

    I had it for weeks - remember it ruined my holiday as it was always bloody painful. Tried everything; only cure I think is time it will sort itself out. You can waste money of course.
    Had the same with a heelspur once (bloody painful! calcium growth on the heel caused by cheap walking shoes) as well, tried everything from cortizone injections to expensive insoles .... My mate said "it'll go away after 18 mths!!!" ... He was bang on the money.
