Meat loaf mountain

Have a huge roasting tray of meat loaf which was cooked yesterday but surplus to requirements for a charity event which we need to use up. It's currently cut into big chunks and stored in the freezer. Need some interesting and hopefully tasty recipes for using it up please as I find the flavour rather dreary on its own.

You can turn some of it into Bolognese sauce for pasta, works well using the meatloaf instead of fresh mince. I've also used chunked meatloaf in a pasty with onion, potato and swede dice and that's tasty too.

Slice it and serve it with onion gravy.
Turn it in to chilli by mashing it up and adding kidney beans.
Make it into cottage pie as above add baked beans and top with mash.

Make a tomato sauce or slice and put into buns?pitta/ bread with salsa and salad leaves for lunch boxes

Thanks for suggestions. Turned one chunk of it into a delicious cottage pie which lasted for two days. Only 11 more portions of it to use up !
