Terms and Conditions

1. The prize promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their immediate families including any live-in partner or household member) of CYT UK Ltd as well as their representatives or agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entry is online only at www.fronterawine.co.uk Entrants must complete all of the mandatory information as requested. Entrants must have a current and valid email address to enter the competition. All entrants who enter the competition will be added to the prize draw where the winners will be selected at random. Winners will be selected either by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person under the supervision of another independent person.
3. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Any incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
5. Only one valid entry can be submitted per person, per month. You must not create additional accounts to enter the promotion multiple times. Anyone using multiple accounts to enter the promotion will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the promotion. Multiple entries will be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.
6. There will be a total of 5 monthly e-Gift card prize draws taking place at 23.59 on the last day of each month, between 31/10/16 and 28/02/17 plus one final catch-all draw taking place at 23.59 on 31/07/17 to win a case of Frontera wine (no e-Gift card). The final closing date for e-Gift card monthly draws is 28/02/17. Valid entries received after 28/02/17 will be entered into one final catch-all draw. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted by the Promoter
7. Each monthly prize draw has a prize pool of 1 x £200 Ticketmaster e-Gift card and 3 x £100 Ticketmaster e-Gift cards. Ticketmaster e-Gift cards can be used to redeem against purchases on www.ticketmaster.co.uk The promoter and Ticketmaster cannot guarantee that gig tickets to your favourite artist will be available for purchase. The final catch-all draw prize is a case of Frontera wine. No Ticketmaster e-Gift cards will be awarded at this final catch-all draw.
8. Winners must have a current and valid email address as all e-Gift card prizes will be sent using email. No plastic/physical gift cards or cash alternative will be available.

10. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
11. If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
12. Monthly winners will be notified by telephone and email within 72 hours of each monthly draw. It is the responsibility of the winner to check spam/junk folders for notification and the Promoter and its agencies take no responsibility for any notifications that may end up in such folders. Winners will be asked to verify their name and contact details to ensure delivery of their prize. Winners must respond within 28 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. To contact you we will use the contact details supplied by you when entering the prize promotion.
13. Submission of entries and proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
14. Winner’s names and location can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter after the Closing Date.
15. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winners name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.
16. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on www.fronterawine.co.uk
19. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes that may arise out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
