Pulsing sensation in dental implant

I had All on 4 dental implants fitted in June. Generally I've had little in the way of problems and at my last check my dentist removed the temporary teeth and said the implants had all worked fine and began the process of impressions for the permanent set. One back implant has always felt different from the others, no pain, just I'm aware of it and at times there's a pulsing sensation for a few minutes. The dentist checked it and said something about low profile, then put some pressure on it, as if he was bending it! It still pulses occasionally and I'm just aware of it, possibly because I'm think ing about it too much! As I said, no pain. Should I worry about this or is it just one of those things?
