Anyone else unable to book an Asda delivery slot?
I've been trying to book a delivery slot with Asda groceries since Monday afternoon (3 days ago), but haven't been able to because all slots (from now until weeks in the future) are showing as "full". Asda support have said "we are aware there is a system issue that is stopping customers from completing their orders at the moment. Please be assured this is our top priority right now and we are working hard to fix it.", but that was 2 days ago and the problem remains today.
I was wondering how many others out there were affected by this?

I was able to book and had a delivery for last weekend, I only booked a day and a half in advance. I will say though that the delivery guy was late which for Asda is not unusual but I did make a point of complaining. Maybe they've finally realised they need to stop giving their delivery staff too many deliveries when they cannot be completed in the time specified and have curbed the usual availability (I know this sounds unlikely but it would be great if this has happened!)
Maybe call the store and ask them? It could be they have no staff or something and so can't get things delivered as a result.1 -
I just called Asda at Osterley/Hounslow, which is where I believe my deliveries come from. I was told that there were still problems with their system - seemingly specific to Hounslow. Since I'm still being charged for an "Anytime" Delivery Pass I've asked them to refund it.
No indication of how much longer it will be before deliveries will resume from Osterley/Hounslow.:(1
