I use GluComplex Joint Gel from SimplySupplements on my knees and it helps, I cycle quite a lot and it's my knees that ache especially when its cold. You can get 2 tubs for around £11, they use to do smaller tubs for £5.99 but seem to have stopped them now.

'Badmemories' we aren't twins are we ?:D

You've done the throwing things, are affected by weather and find wind/bloating painful.

Also, until I saw my neurologist yesterday, didn't know I had a neck problem (following a car accident some 6 months ago). He moved my neck, where he could and caused me to gasp, then asked me to stand and we had a huge surprise...I nearly fell to the floor as my legs gave way, arms up (typical response) and he had to catch me to prevent me hurting myself.

Today the neck problem is obvious (now painful and stiff), so we'll see what the next MRI shows.

There is always something unknown lurking that I don't know about ; diabetes, hypothyroidism, cataracts, kidney function deficiency are just examples.
