Ideas for a bag of rye flour

Morning all,
I have an unopened bag of rye flour that I want to use up. I will do the obvious loaf and have found a chocolate brownie recipe, but any other ideas would be fab.
I am slowly working my way through all the unused unloved foods in my cupboards:T

I have used some batter recipes that have a portion of rye flour in them, which gives the batter a particular taste.
I have one recipe that comes out for the courgette glut: to about 100g each of rye & rice flour, you add a tablespoon of vinegar, and mix up with fizzy water (or left over beer). You use it to deep fry courgette batons.
I think it would work with any bland food, but not sure if you also have rice flour!
