Another I/E question?

I was wondering as I haven't put down some of my personal debts eg (Owing family members personally). I have put all of my income into the I/E but would they allow me to have these as debts as its only OH going BR?

I'm a Stay at home Mum and therefore have minimum income. I do however have a maintenance payment from my ex for my daughter. It is only recently that I have been in recept of this and it is very unreliable. Can I exclude this from the I/E or will the OR want all of my finances too?

Sorry for asking so many stupid questions - I just want to get it right!

    If it is just you OH going/considering BR, then your income (from whatever source) and what you do with any of it after paying your share of the household expenses is nothing to do with the OR.

    The OR will need to know from your OH:

    * OH's income.
    * OH's personal expenses and their contribution to the shared household expenses
    * Your contribution to the shared household expenses.

    And that is it. :)

    So when/if your OH has to prepare an I&E for BR, then they shouldn't include your personal income and expenses anywhere in it. It would be them going BR not you after all.

    That means that neither your personal debts and payments towards them, or your maintenance payments, should appear on their I&E.

    I think that's clear.:o

    EDIT: And it's not a stupid question, because it's damn confusing at first.
