:mad: sorry to go on again about bolton vertex, but just been informed my case has now been passed to falkirk to be investigated.
the staff at bolton don't have a clue as to how things work.
maybe one day( in the not so distant future) they will close it down...
big shake up needed.
been 14 months waiting for answers.. finally bolton admit defeat( pass it to someone else).
hope no one else is handled by bolton....:eek: :eek: :eek:

Actually no-one could be as bad as Bolton, but I wouldn't blame the staff.
Imagine getting a file with thousands of bits of paper, and you coming off the street having to deal with it with little training.
I have to blame the board, that said that clerical cases were the easiest to sort out, so they are the ones to be outsourced! They are also the ones with high level complaints on, haven't been properly dealt with for years, and no easy history to work with.
Also Vertex thought they could make a quick buck and underresourced it. I believe staff weren't told that they would be working for CSA, and many of them refused.
Doomed from the start, and CSA staff predicted it from the start.Nothing to see here :beer:0
