MSE Best Buys showing no fees???

Hi guys?
I am on the MSE mortgage best buys and I put in my details and it comes up with the best deals. However on some of the best deals it says set up fees £0. Is this correct? I thought most of the mortgage lenders charge fees?
The thing is it comes up saying it's the best deal, however if it's not taking into account the fees then no wonder it is choosing these as the best deal. I am sorting by MSE total cost for 1 year which says that takes into account the lenders fees too but if they read £0 is it really taking them into account?
