Agency worker mortgage

Hi I'm wondering if anybody knows of how to get a mortgage when working for a angencies. I've worked for different agencies now for 3years. My wages can vary from £450-950 after tax a week. My partner is in a part time employed contract earning £15000. Frustrating because we know we can afford it as we are paying rent at the moment.

Struggling as I don't have any contract or guarentee of work because of the nature of my job, although I'm in work all the time! Can prove with wage splits.

Anybody got any tips or advisors that can help me out ?
