Regional mag comps

I notice some comps that appear the same but are from different regions, such as "your sussex wedding" and "Your Herts & Beds Wedding" are listed in different threads.
Can I enter all of them or would I be duping myself, and can I enter them even if I am not from that area.
I cant find anything in the terms that say otherwise but dont want to find I am disqualified if I ever managed to win
