Freezing breadmaker bread?

Hi
I wondered whether bread made in the breadmaker will freeze well and also whether I could slice it and put it in freezer bags so that I can take out a couple of slices at a time.
Also my leaflet says that I can make Maderia cake in the BM. Has anyone done this and if so how nice was it?
Thanks for any help

Hi there
I always slice up my bread, and bag it in 2s..it defrosts just fine....much better than letting it go past its best in the bread bin.-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
I freeze my bread as well. I slice it then separate the slices, in twos, with squares cut from cereal packets0
