Hi, I'm currently using an app which has a massive data base of unbranded/branded foods with their calories (and fibre/fat etc)
called nutracheck to help me lose weight. it's fab, but £3.99 a month i could do with not spending.
does anyone know of a free one i could try please?

Just read the lables on the food packaging.
You should know what's sensible or not, so just use your own common sense.
It's not hard, just needs a little bit of practice.
Also use smaller plates to eat from, cut out all food described as low fat or healthy. They are all loaded with sugar.
Finally just eat less.
Good luck fj0 -

I use fat secret. It's an app, its easy to use you just search for the product/food. You can scan bar codes as well. I like it more than my fitness pal.0
