Travel agents refusing refund although airline have ok'd it

  • We spoke to our insurers, and it looks like they agree that we will get our money back, so hopefully they will take it on. The lack of communication with Travelup is so frustrating, first time booking flights through an agent (normally always go through the airline) and will not be doing it again! Unfortunately they hang up on you rather than actually discuss anything with you. Will definitely be avoiding them in the future!
